Accor and Radiance Group are collaborating to create Sofitel Shanghai North Bund Hotel, bringing a touch of French elegance to the historic riverside of China’s economic powerhouse.
A new luxury hotel is on its way to one of China’s most iconic destinations.
Accor set to shine with Radiance
French hospitality giant Accor has signed a deal with Radiance Group, paving the way for the opening of Sofitel Shanghai North Bund Hotel in 2022. The 25-storey property will house 300 guestrooms and suites with views of the skyline, while members and guests on executive floors will also have access to the exclusive Club Millesime.

An attractive riverside destination
The hotel’s F&B offering will encompass a stylish rooftop bar, a specialty restaurant and lavish Chinese banquets. Guests will also be able to make use of the Sofitel Spa, as well as the contemporary Sofitel Fitness gym, during their stay.
In its prime North Bund location, Sofitel’s new flagship property will afford visitors convenient access to an array of restaurant, entertainment and shopping options, as well as key employers that have relocated here under the city’s urban renewal focus and the transformation of the area into a thriving central business district.
