One of Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s most prolific brands has welcomed another property to its portfolio with the opening of Hyatt House Louisville East. We take a closer look at this significant project.

Hyatt House keeps it simple in Kentucky

Located in the city’s East End, Hyatt House Louisville East is owned by Dunn Hospitality Group, and gives guests that much sought-after home-away-from-home atmosphere. The environment at Hyatt House is designed to be informal yet professional, ensuring guests can enjoy a relaxing stay, but with all the services and offerings that hotel guests rely on.

Jerry Guidry, general manager of Hyatt House Louisville East, explained: “We are thrilled to offer a welcoming and warm environment that encourages guests to live like residents.

What’s in store at Louisville’s first Hyatt House

Guests can look forward to apartment-style living at Hyatt House Louisville East, where there are 127 guestrooms, 83 of which are self-contained kitchen suites that have their own cooking facilities, plus separate living and bedroom spaces. Guests can choose to relax in their rooms, or head down to The Commons, an inviting social area. Additionally, the Outdoor Commons has a fire and BBQ pit, while The H-Bar has a casual snack and light-bite menu, as well as premium beers and wines.

Meanwhile, fitness fanatics will find everything they are looking for at the 24-hour gym and fitness centre, while business travellers can avail themselves of the over 1,000 sq ft of flexible meeting and event space at the Gathering Rooms.
