With its “Lunch & Learn” concept, the premium manufacturer is offering bathroom professionals a digital training concept with which employees at specialist bathroom retail outlets and installation businesses can be optimally informed about news and innovations. On dates agreed in advance, participants receive information about new products and features that it has not been possible to present in person because of the coronavirus crisis.
The focus here is on the new bathroom solutions for barrier-free bathroom design and new installation systems for enamelled shower surfaces. It is moreover possible to provide employees with training in individual areas. To do this, Kaldewei is using modern communication methods as part of its digitalisation strategy and is connected live with its partners by video call.
