Owned by Presidio Companies, Hyatt House Davis has now opened its doors, offering guests an attractive extended-stay option in one of California’s most interesting cities.

The new Hyatt House Davis represents this prolific flag’s first property in Davis, California.

It offers 118 guestrooms, of which 72 are suites containing a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms come with comfy living areas, spacious bedrooms and stylish bathrooms.

The Commons and Outdoor Commons offer a comfy place for guests to relax, gather and socialise. Outdoors, they can meet around the firepit and enjoy a barbecue, for example, or sip an after-work cocktail.

Moreover, The H Bar provides a Sip + Snack Menu, while the 24-hour H Market caters for guests’ everyday needs and also offers light snacks and freshly prepared salads and sandwiches. A 24-hour gym allows travellers to stay fit while away from home too. And long-stay guests can benefit from the Very Important Resident programme, which provides special perks like free grocery delivery to those staying 30 or more consecutive nights.

Owned by Presidio Companies, Hyatt House Davis is less than two miles from UC Davis and just over a mile from downtown.
